A Fountain Inn man was arrested Sunday night after police say he attempted to rape a woman in Ninety Six earlier this year. David Clay Seymour, 23, of 101 First St., Fountain Inn, has been charged with kidnapping and assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct in connection with the incident.
