The public is invited to attend a recital featuring Lander University senior trumpet player Cody Beard at 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, at Greenwood's First Presbyterian Church. Beard, a music major from Ninety Six, is the principal trumpet player for Lander University's Wind Ensemble and lead trumpet for the Lander Jazz Ensemble.
