The Ninety Six Chamber of Commerce sponsors the 5th Annual Miss Festival of Stars Pageant which will be held in the Ninety Six High School Cafeteria on Saturday, May 3rd at 2:00 p.m. This is a scholarship pageant and Miss Festival of Stars will be awarded a $500.00 scholarship upon acceptance to the college of her choice.
