On Sept 28, 2018 Greenwood County Sheriff responded Kinard Road in Ninety Six after receiving a complaint of a suspect hitting someone's car and shooting it. According to the police report, the victim followed her boyfriend who was in a seperate vehicle down to a residence on Kinard Road.
