Cora Kemp Blair, 74, wife of Grant Blair, of Harbor Heights, died Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Self Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family. Born February 14, 1943 in Louisburg, NC to the late Toliver Thomas and Cora Bobbitt Kemp, she received her Bachelor's Degree from North Carolina State University where she was the first woman to become Editor of the student newspaper, she then received her Master's Degree from Clemson University.
