Rachel Jones McAllister, 76, of 2403 Hill Street, North Myrtle Beach and formerly of Waterloo, wife of James Ronald "Jimmy" McAllister, died Friday, July 1, 2016 at Grand Strand Medical Center. Born in Bowman, GA, she was a daughter of the late Randolph and Geneva Hall Jones.
