The Commission tasked with determining the projects for a proposed capital project sales tax, commonly referred to as a penny tax, has submitted the final list of projects and ballot question for the approval of Greenwood County Council. Council cannot alter the projects in any way and must either pass or vote down an ordinance containing the list as submitted by the commission.
