Joseph Lincoln Tolbert, Jr., 71, resident of 203 East Main Street, husband of Mary Jo McJunkin Tolbert died Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Greenwood County, July 28, 1944, he was a son of the late Joseph Lincoln, Sr. and Louise Harmon Tolbert.
