Police: Last suspect in ring nabbed

Omar Mingo, 20, of 400 Edgewood Circle, Ninety Six, was charged with eight counts of breaking into a motor vehicle and seven counts of petit larceny in connection with the incidents, a Greenwood County Detention Center official said.
