A Ninety Six man was arrested late Saturday night after he reportedly choked his wife and slammed her head into a gravel road. Charles Anthony Covington, 37, of 6622 Ninety Six Hwy., Ninety Six, has been charged with second degree domestic violence in connection with the incident.
